Jose Ibarra

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

U.S. Army Master Sergeant (Ret.) · Emmy Award-Winning Communications Strategist

Jose Ibarra is an Emmy Award-winning communications strategist and U.S. Army Master Sergeant (Ret.) with over 20 years of experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications, and Multimedia Production.

His career spans from combat deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait, to strategic assignments across Europe, Africa, and the Pacific, and high-visibility work at the highest levels of the U.S. government — including a tour as a Multimedia Producer at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) at the Pentagon, where he produced content in support of DoD strategic communication objectives and covered House Armed Services Committee and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence hearings.

Jose served as an Army Fellow on the NFL's Corporate Communications Team in New York City, where he developed and executed a YouTube strategy that grew channel viewership by 35%, and supported the USO NFL Tour. He also served as Production Director and Station Manager for American Forces Network in Bavaria, Germany, directing broadcast operations for global military audiences.

Throughout his career he has led multimedia teams delivering content to audiences of 60,000+, directed live-streams and press briefings in high-visibility environments, and worked directly with senior Army leaders, government officials, and community partners to shape messaging across traditional, digital, and broadcast platforms.

As Founder and CEO of STRATCORE LLC, he brings that same mission-focused discipline to supporting government organizations with clear, effective, and reliable communication solutions.
